September 24 Beta Update: Respecs, Campfires and Classes

A dated summary of the official development notes, with changes to planning and testing.
During Beta, respecs return to 1 silver after an hour; repeated resets within that window cost more.
Casting and crafting no longer interrupt the campfire-buff wait. Chairs, sleeping, lying down and kneeling also qualify.
Talent highlights: Mangle becomes Primal Bite. Improved Holy Strike is removed, with Holy Strike’s base cooldown now 10 seconds. Elemental Fury swaps positions with Elemental Alacrity; Bastion swaps with Focused Rage. Recheck saved builds.
Enable the Cooldown Manager in Gameplay Enhancement. This update opens testing for Druid, Mage, Priest, Warrior and Warlock. Gamepad controls gain class flyouts and compact action bars.
