Official development notes confirm the higher level cap and newly accessible dungeons.

Blizzard’s 1 October update, published on the EU beta forum, raised the cap to 30. Excavation Site: Wetlands (26–31), Razorfen Downs (25+) and Uldaman (30+) became accessible. These testing levels may differ from client recommendations.

The notes also list Ragefire Chasm, Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron, Wailing Caverns, Deadmines, Shadowfang Keep, Stockade, Blackfathom Deeps, Gnomeregan, Razorfen Kraul and Scarlet Monastery as already available. Dungeon Guides & Loot covers the records collected here; missing coverage does not establish unavailability.

Darnassus and Thunder Bluff gain barbershops. Campfires stop damaging characters below level 5 and deal less damage below 90% health. Druid loses Tiger’s Fury and gains Shifting Power and Improved Shifting Power; the Cooldown Manager adds racial abilities and Rogue support.

Dungeon quests lose half their extra XP above normal quest values. The Honor cap rises to 25,000, and most PvP item and token costs rise roughly 50%. Tools retain their recorded client-build labels; announcements do not automatically change those records.
