What’s New and Familiar: Presets, Progression and Grouping

Review interface choices, level-60 progression and decisions to make with friends.
Classic and Enhanced are starting presets for visuals and interface options; they do not determine your ruleset. Advanced settings include a cooldown manager and damage meter.
The level cap remains 60. Legacy offers account-wide progression, with up to 16 points spent per character at launch; a single character can reach that cap.
Choose the same ruleset and faction as your friends to group or join a guild together. PvP rulesets restrict players to one faction. Hardcore is planned after launch.
