November 6 Hotfixes: Classes, Dungeons and Quests

Healing, class tooltips, dungeon access and quest progress receive fixes.
Bloom now heals correctly and Arcane Blast lasts 18 seconds. With Boot Knife selected, Shank’s tooltip now correctly displays the combo points it grants. Voidwalker base health rises by about 40 at all levels; Wrack no longer increases its own damage through Soul Siphon.
The patch repairs The Quick and the Dead, crowd-control timers, several class tooltips, Zaetar’s Spirit in Maraudon and the Drowned City portal. Bear Form and Ravage tooltip corrections do not change their functionality.
The Tanning Rack now requires 125 Leatherworking instead of 140, with skill-up thresholds lowered by 15. Quest, loot and spawn fixes include shared Riverglades party drops and more plentiful Never Saddle on Quality objectives.
Orc Command no longer over-buffs certain Warlock pet abilities, and Shadowmeld no longer enables Druids to use Ravage or Pounce. These international server hotfixes are recorded separately from packaged client data.
