Darkspear Islands: A New 15v15 Battleground

Capture points and a central flag off Dustwallow Marsh for levels 30–60, with reputation rewards for each faction.
Published October 7 at 19:00 UTC. Off the coast of Dustwallow Marsh, the Darkspear Raiders (Horde) and the Theramore Expeditionary Force (Alliance) fight in a 15v15 battleground for levels 30–60.
Teams score by holding four capture points, and more points score faster. Carry the central flag to a base your team holds for extra points. The first team to 2,000 points wins.
Queue with a battlemaster in any major capital, or go to the Barrens: the Horde base is at the Merchant Coast and the Alliance base at Northwatch. Their portals lead into the battle, and both bases offer battleground quests and reputation vendors.
Reputation unlocks trinkets, rings, cloaks, weapons, armor and consumables. Reputation quests take Marks of Honor, and a short questline at Exalted awards the faction tabard. Reaching Exalted with either faction is also a Legacy challenge in the Legacy Planner.
