October 26 Racial Updates: Launch Tuning and Addendum

Official changes to seven races, including the October 27 clarifications.
The October 26 development post, updated October 27, revises racial bonuses ahead of launch. Weapon specializations remain removed; the developers favour racial identity over uniform bonuses.
Human: Ruthless grants 1% critical chance; Human Spirit grants 10% Spirit. Dwarf: Artisan’s Precision replaces Earth Fury, granting 1% spell and attack hit chance.
Tauren: Plainsrunning gives 2% speed per stack, up to 60%, and no mounted bonus. Endurance only grants 5% Health. Orc: Command replaces Savage, adding 5% Hunter and Warlock pet damage; Blood Fury has a two-minute cooldown.
Troll Berserking lasts 15 seconds. Undead Touch of the Grave has a 15-second internal cooldown.
Skyborne: Wind-Blessed grants 2% haste. Read Leyline grants 50% regeneration for 15 seconds; it cannot coexist with Innervate. Ley lines grant one hour of Attuned, increasing its regeneration bonus to 100%.
Skysight grants 15% movement speed for 15 seconds. Elemental convergences grant one hour of Charged, raising the speed bonus to 30%. Charged and Attuned survive death but disappear upon entering a raid.
