Stress Test Schedule and Beta Closing Time
Checked: 2026-10-23 · International
The October 21 Stress Test window has passed. Beta closes October 23 at 10:00 PDT.
The public Stress Test was scheduled for October 21, 14:00–18:00 PDT. That window has passed. Its characters and names were designated for deletion; it did not reserve launch names.
Blizzard’s October 20 forum notice sets the Beta closing time to October 23 at 10:00 PDT (17:00 UTC), replacing the earlier last-full-day wording. The October 22 celebration notice repeats that schedule.
The event used the separate Stress Test client and accepted WoW accounts without a subscription or Beta invitation. The subsequent name-reservation period is separate; see Name Reservation for the confirmed opening time.
