Taiwan: Forever Naming, Beta Access and Regional Schedule Differences
Checked: 2026-10-03 · Taiwan and other regions
Official Traditional Chinese announcements disagree on some dates and times; the differences remain explicitly unconfirmed.
Taiwan uses its localized Forever, Skyborne and Zephras Isle names. Website language is a display preference; it does not change your game region, account or eligibility.
Launch is November 5 Taiwan time in both announcements, but Future Outlook says 07:00 and the upgrade article says 21:00. The exact hour remains disputed. Future Outlook lists new raids for December 10.
Beta is open. Future Outlook and the upgrade body say September 18 Taiwan time; the upgrade footnote says September 19. The Beta article names October 22 as the last full testing day, while the upgrade footnote says October 23. Await clarification; China’s October 6–26 schedule is separate.
The upgrade article explicitly gives October 28–November 4 Taiwan time for name reservations. The naming article gives October 27–November 3 without a timezone. These are not treated as a confirmed conversion. China opens reservations November 3 Beijing time.
Invitations, the Skyborne Epic Pack and Warcraft Forever Collection grant access under the Taiwan Beta announcement. Install Forever Beta under In Development in Battle.net; bundle activation may take 30 minutes. China’s packs and preload instructions are separate.
Tools use the international Beta client and community snapshots. Official client translations, site-authored localization and English fallbacks have distinct provenance; language selection does not verify regional availability.
