October 8 and October 1 issue highlights, with announced fixes excluded using later development notes.
New October 8: Skyborne Druid bear and travel forms have their updated textures, but cat form, various Zephras Isle creatures and some mounts, pets and other creatures will follow in a later build. Hunters with the Ferocity talent do not see their pet’s critical strike bonus on the character sheet; the bonus itself applies. Some Professions window icons appear broken.
Still listed from October 1: chained casts can delay the next spell’s preparation effects and sounds. Enemies can parry or block close attackers behind them; Blizzard suggests keeping some distance. The installation is larger than intended, Mage Research may be inaccessible, Scroll of Liminal Passage malfunctions, Eureka misses some spells, and debuffs such as Faerie Fire may generate no threat.
The October 8 notes fix Retribution Aura’s spell power source and threat from Demoralizing Shout and Demoralizing Roar. Edit Mode layouts are now saved per UI type, which targets the gamepad layout reset.
This summary uses official records checked October 9. Individual issues have not been retested in game, so this does not establish live server status. Check subsequent official updates and current gameplay.
