Legacy: One Account, Growing Together
Complete challenges to earn Legacy points, then unlock perks and cosmetic rewards for every character.
Legacy is an account-wide progression system. It unlocks when any one of these is met: your first character reaches level 25, any non-gathering profession reaches 150 skill, or you explore the full world map.
At launch there are 65 Legacy challenges across six categories—class, professions, PvP, adventure, dungeons, and raids. Each completed challenge grants 1 Legacy point.
Points are shared across your account, and each character spends them independently across three perk trees: Profession, Adventure, and Abundance. At launch each character can spend up to 16 points, so new players don't need extra characters to keep up.
Accumulated points also unlock toys, pets, and other cosmetics. Non-Hardcore rulesets share collections and Legacy points. Hardcore progress can carry out, but progress from other rulesets cannot carry in.
